They both look the same and act the same, but Overclock is the fastest enemy in the game, and he is much tougher than Mad Endo. Some people say that they are slightly different from one another. He is one of the secret bosses you can encounter while playing the game.
If you spend too much time at the Pinwheel Funhouse, there is a high possibility that he will attack you out of nowhere. He can even come up to you if you are not moving. He is not that difficult to beat, and you are probably much stronger than him by the time you are there. The greatest part about Gold Endo is that he will drop you at least 500 tokens which is an incredible amount of money. Gold Endo shares the same model as Mad Endo, but unlike Overclock, there are many changes made to him.
