NEW LEGO Iron Man Exclusive Marvel Minifigure Revealed
The only issue we can see is that while the Iron Man in the movie has a fully exposed Arc reactor, the Minifigure has half a reactor. It is fairly accurate to the suit we see on screen. However, they add more gold highlights on the torso and leg pieces. Perhaps this is because they used earlier concept art to base their prints on, or perhaps they just wanted to make the Minifigure look a little more interesting. It has a great-looking triangular Arc reactor printed in the center of the torso piece, and we like that LEGO gave it space to breathe, leaving the detailing towards the bottom of the torso and onto the legs. This Iron Man Minifigure comes complete with the wing accessories that he battles with. A harness goes around his neck and hangs on the back of the torso, and you simply assemble and clip the four arms to the harness. It looks neat and even has a blaster effect to add to the action shots. One issue is that the wings have stickers that need to be applied to them instead of the details being printed on. Some people might not mind this, while others will take issue with the stickers. Because the wings need to be assembled, put together, and clipped to the backpack section, this Minifigure has a pretty high piece count, with 38 individual pieces needed to construct him.
So special is this Minifigure that we got it in not one but two separate sets!

It would have made this Minifigure extra special if they could have printed some tiny infinity stones onto the right hand. Unfortunately, hand printing is rarely ever seen.

This new helmet mold would later be used for other minifigures like Super Adaptoid, Vulture, Wasp, and Rinzler from Tron. The minifigure has decent printing on the body. He has a tousled brown hairpiece and a confident smile, along with a simple black and grey outfit that shows his arc reactor. Despite being simple, this figure is still pretty close to how Tony looks in the movie. He has a spiky black hairpiece and a new double-sided head piece with a smile and scared expression, though disappointingly he does not have his F. He wears a dark grey jogger outfit with the triangular Mark 50 storage unit mounted on the outside. The grey outfit is nice, with camouflage printing that continues onto the legs and arms, but I think it looks a little bit light in color and black with grey might be more accurate. This minifigure is supposed to represent Tony Stark from the first Avengers movie when he has partially worn his suit. He has a spiky black hairpiece and the same double-sided Tony Stark face print introduced in 2018. His torso has a black base color but is printed with the Iron Man chest plate on it, and his right arm is dark red to show part of the Iron Man armor.
Tony Stark comes with an Iron Man helmet as his accessory. It sports a grey color scheme that reuses the Iron Man helmet mold in grey and some pretty good printing on the torso and legs. The figure had a new double-sided head and had translucent red bricks to represent its repulsor blasts. It also had a shoulder-mounted gun made from two simple pieces. It had a dark blue color scheme with highlights of dark red and silver, along with a black shoulder-mounted cannon and a yellow platform. It had more black in its color scheme just like the Mark I War Machine with a silver face plate, along with piercing red eyes. The torso and leg printing was pretty good, and once again translucent red repulsor pieces were used. It had new arm, torso, and leg prints, though I believe the face plate was reused from the 2016 one.
It had a shoulder-mounted gun that was not a stud shooter, and only came with translucent red repulsor pieces for the hands. The head piece was a new double-sided head that had a smiling expression on one side and a HUD on the other side. In the movie, War Machine dons one of the white Avengers Quantum Realm suits alongside the surviving Avengers, in an effort to reverse the destruction and damage caused by Thanos.

The six-and-a-half foot statue, which weighs 188 pounds, consists of 35,119 bricks and took Lego Master Builders 225 hours to design and build. Check out the video and the photos, and add this to the list of things to see at Comic-Con.
Режу упаковку, достаю - и вот она. Красиво оформлено, ярко, недешево. Внутри - матрешка - еще две коробки. Детали расфасованы по пакетиками, подписанным цифрами в порядке сборки - от 1 до 4, всего 16 пакетиков. Инструкция толстая, цветная, печать качественная, без какой-либо грязи, что нередко бывает у дешевых конструкторов. Из трудностей при сборке могу отметить большое количество мелких деталей - у меня крупные руки и толстые пальцы, кое-где пришлось попотеть, чтобы защелкнуть объемные панели.
Теперь по сборке. Модель состоит из четырех основных частей - правый и левый бока и плечами, передняя навеска и голова. Каркас из деталей - аналогов Лего Техник - для жесткости. Очень много уникальных деталей, которые Вы вряд ли найдете в других наборах. Порадовало качество исполнения элементов - все соединяется, ничего особо не разваливается, шестеренки крутятся, червяк входит в зацепление. Очень переживал за покрытие "золотых" деталек - оказалось, зря!
